This work is being performed to resolve an IP SLA responder issue. The hardware vendor has recommended reloading the chassis. To minimize end site impact, a controlled route processor reset and associated switchovers will first be performed. A full chassis reload will take place if necessary. CR-2616 will be implemented on Saturday, August 6, 2011 2:00 AM Central to 5:00 AM Central End sites homed to NSHPE4 may experience two service interruptions of up to 2 minutes each, for a total of 4 minutes, during the route processor switchovers. If a router reload is required, end sites homed to NSHPE4 will experience an additional interruption of up to 20 minutes as the router reload is performed.
